Bio

I knew since I was younger  I wanted to do something in counseling. Ever since I was a child, I would talk with friends trying to help them through difficult times in their lives. Before becoming a counselor, I was an advocate for two years for domestic violence and sexual assault victims. I then worked for three years as an advocate for children who suffered from abuse. I see the world now and how much help is needed with the challenges that we face day to day. I understand for many, life has given experiences that most cannot truly understand.  I do this so that when someone comes to me, they know and feel that they have someone in their corner supporting them. My goal is to help others as I have been helped in working through the swings life can bring us.
